This 61-Year-Old Woman Is Giving Birth To Her Daughter's Child

"Bringing in Finn" is a book that tells the story of Finn Connel, a baby boy that was brought into this world not by his mother, but by his grandmother. It's an exceptional story with an extraordinary ending. A mother's bond with her children knows no boundaries, and this story exemplifies that notion.

Sara Connell and her husband Bill had tried to conceive naturally from the time they were married, but things quickly took a turn — and after a miscarriage and the loss of late-term twins, it became obvious that Sara wouldn't be the one carrying her husband's child. Surrogacy is nothing new at this point, but this is a special case, and it's definitely a "first" in my book. I've never heard a story like this one.

If your daughter was having trouble conceiving, would you carry her baby for her? Let us know in the comments below, and share this article with your friends on Facebook so they can chime in, too!

3MONTH OLD BABY LEFT AT A RESTURANT BY AWFUL PARENTS

They are now facing charges of child endangerment.

A three-month-old infant was left in an Ohio McDonald's late last week by two parents who didn't feel like looking after the child. According to Fox8, 22-year-old Rachel Jaajaa, the infant's mother, asked her McDonald's co-worker for a ride home. When they walked out of the restaurant, Jaajaa was approached by the baby's father, 29-year-old Aaron Tate, who had an infant with him in a car seat. Jaajaa "refused to take the baby because she had plans" that night. Supposedly it was Tate's turn watch the child.

The police report notes that Tate then carried the baby into the McDonald's, placed the car seat on the floor, and drove away. Jaajaa and her co-worker followed him and the two parents got into a fight at a nearby intersection, after which they were both arrested. A McDonald's patron called 911 after seeing the child left alone. Now both Jaajaa and Tate face charges of child endangering. The baby was unharmed and is now in the care of family members.

Jaajaa and Tate aren't the first parents to leave their child behind at a restaurant. In March, a San Diego woman accidentally left her baby in a local doughnut shop. Luckily, upon reaching the next doughnut store, she realized her baby was missing and immediately rushed back.

Parents Climb walls to help their children cheat during Exams

Exam cheating rampant in India's Bihar

PATNA, India (Reuters) - Images of Indian students blatantly cheating on school-leaving examinations under the noses of supervisors have gone viral, inviting ridicule on Twitter and exposing flaws in the much-maligned education system of an impoverished eastern state.

On Thursday, the Hindustan Times published a photo of dozens of men clambering up the wall of a four-floor test center in Bihar state, perched on window ledges as they folded answer sheets into paper planes flown into classrooms.
"Should we shoot them?" asked Prashant Kumar Shahi, Bihar's education minister, addressing a news conference after television news channels aired the incriminating photo and raked up the scandal.
"On average, four or five persons are helping each student use unfair means," Shahi said, adding it was impossible to curb cheating if parents encouraged their children.
Exams held by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) are viewed as make-or-break tests that could transform the lives of millions growing up in poverty.
Copying is rampant during state-run standardized tests and invigilators look the other way when pupils consult peers via WhatsApp messages on phones or jot down answers from notes smuggled into classrooms.
More than 1.4 million students are taking the tests this week, crammed into 1,217 examination centers in Bihar.
Supervisors stationed at notorious test centers vie for the postings, enticed by the prospect of bribes from parents eager to have their wards scrape through.
Attempts to chase away family members lurking outside test centers on Thursday backfired, with stone-pelting mobs forcing police to beat a retreat.
BSEB Secretary Srinivas Chandra Tiwari told Reuters of plans to hold awareness workshops for students and parents, where attendees would be counseled against unfair means.
But many parents blame the government and indifferent teachers for Bihar's failure to curb cheating.
The state government has been accused of hiring more than 400,000 teachers on contract without checking their proficiency. In the last two years, more than 12,500 teachers failed competency tests, unable to solve questions designed for fifth-graders.
"Why blame only the students? Are schools imparting proper teaching? They lack quality teachers," said Sanjeev Kumar Singh, whose son is taking the tests this year

HOW TO KEEP YOUR NANNY HAPPY

Tips for keeping your nanny happy
Be home on time — Your nanny has a life outside of her work, and when you are running late, even by 15 minutes, it affects her plans. Try to be home on time and always pay your nanny for any extra time when you are late.

Provide clear direction — If your nanny is falling short of your expectations, give her feedback. You may be feeling upset or resentful about something that the nanny did not even realize was an issue.

Pay well and offer bonuses for a job well done — In addition to paying nannies a fair wage, giving thoughtful bonuses, such as a gift card at Starbucks, as a reward when nannies hit milestones or accomplish specific goals.

Work as a united front — Try not to contradict the nanny in front of the kids. When you are home with the nanny, let her run the show.

Be professional — Make sure you pay your nanny on time and in a professional manner. Though Royer-McCone notes that parents sometimes think of a nanny as a “paid friend,” you are her employer and should always treat her with professionalism and respect.

Seek the nanny's input — Give your nanny enough autonomy to do her job well. mrs coker advises, “Sit down with your nanny. Ask her how things are going and if she has any suggestions for how to make the days more enjoyable and easier for everyone.”

HOW TO RESLOVE COMMON NANNY /EMPLOYER PROBLEMS

Even in the best of relationships an occasional problem surfaces.  This is no different in the relationship between a nanny and her employers. Fortunately, in the nanny and employer relationship preventive measures can eliminate or minimize most common problems nannies and parents face.
Some of the most common problems we hear about at Nannies, and our solutions to them, are included below.
Problem 1: Changing of Expectations
By nature nannies are caretakers and helpers. It’s not unusual for a nanny to go above and beyond the call of duty and tackle tasks outside of her required ones if it means lending the parents an occasional hand. However, when a nanny unloads the clean dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival because mom is running late or folds the parent’s laundry because she has to do the kids linens and they are in the dryer, these gestures can become expected daily tasks, and when that happens resentment can settle in.
